Beautifully tailored, this blouse features a French front with concealed buttons and a flattering mandarin collar. Darts in the back give a slightly fitted look. The sleeves are styled with a 1 inch ruffle around the middle of the sleeve, with elastic at the wrist allowing the sleeves to be either worn long or pushed up to create a puffy sleeve from the elbows down.
